In this study, A2017-T4 aluminum alloy was plated with electroless Ni–P different phosphorus content and rotary bending fatigue test conducted to investigate the effect of hydrogen by plating on properties. The strength low-phosphorus type specimen higher than that untreated specimen, while high-phosphorus much lower. It is clear differs greatly depending in film. decrease high attributed induced from analysis. Thus, despite previous report 2000 series alloys do not exhibit embrittlement slow strain rate tensile tests under wet condition, it found undergo when fatigue-tested machine.
